Rohit is a chartered accountant and has an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the Indian School of Business. He brings more than a decade of in-depth experience across transaction advisory, strategy & operations, tax/regulatory and accounting across consumer, technology, media & industrial sectors.

Rohit has previously worked with a Big-4 firm where he advised multinationals on a number of high profile transactions, including the largest telecom merger in India. He has contributed chapters/articles to multiple professional reference books and journals. He is also actively involved in philanthropic initiatives, which includes founding Leap 300, an NGO targeting poverty alleviation using technology, within 300 days.
